Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in consulting or consumer research roles in consumer and shopper research (segmentation, landscaping, path to purchase etc.).
- Strong business development skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions
- Articulate the value of our products, highlighting their ability to tackle client-specific challenges.
- Deliver standout responses to RFIs/RFPs, showcasing our solutions impact.
- Create and share success stories and case studies to demonstrate our solutions effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as the project owner and is directly accountable for questionnaire design, project execution, and report analysis
- Very good client-facing and communication/presentation skills
1. Core Research Expertise
- Design & execution of consumer studies (brand tracking, consumer behavior, VOC, segmentation, etc.)
- Experience with survey design, sampling techniques, and customer segmentation
- Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
2. Strategic Thinking & Client Consulting
- Ability to understand client problems and translate them into research plans
- Can play a consultative role, guiding clients toward effective insights
- Experience in creating insightful, action-oriented reports
3. Communication & Presentation Skills
- Must be excellent at presenting findings and talking to clients
- Comfortable being client-facing and managing high-level stakeholders
4. Business Development Skills
- Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Skilled at articulating product/research value
- Can build case studies and success stories to show impact
5. Leadership & Ownership
- Plays the role of a project owner from start to finish
- Manages teams, timelines, and quality independently
