About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Counseling for a reputed organization in the International Education Industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading the counseling team, guiding students for overseas education opportunities, and ensuring high conversion ratios with exceptional student support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the counseling team for international admissions.
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities in Australia, UK, and European Countries.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.
- Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of student inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain strong knowledge of international admission processes, visa guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth application processing.
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and student engagement activities.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Keep updated with international education trends, university updates, and immigration policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in the International Education / Study Abroad Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australia, UK, and European education systems.
- Excellent counseling, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in team handling and student conversion strategies preferred.
- Strong understanding of admission procedures, visa filing, and documentation.
- Target-oriented with a professional approach.
Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Overseas Education Certification will be an added advantage.
