Responsibilities:
Perform month-end provision activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and
compliance.
Execute the factory SAP CO closing cycle on a monthly basis, Driving SAP
automation projects to enhance work efficiency.
Conduct CMU cost reconciliation on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, identifying
and resolving discrepancies.
Facilitate PM order closing, ensuring timely completion and accurate financial recording.
Prepare COGM analysis reports on a monthly basis, providing insights into the cost of
goods manufactured.
Generate variance reports to analyze and report on deviations from budgeted costs.
Manage STD cost released process as and when required, updating standard costs for
accurate cost calculations.
Perform product cost working as and when required, analyzing the cost components
and calculations.
Investigate and analyze product cost differences, identifying the root causes and
suggesting improvements.
Bifurcate and calculate the cost of raw materials and packaging materials monthly for
frozen products.
Conduct cost comparison analysis as and when required, evaluating costs across
different parameters and scenarios.
Cost optimization initiatives monthly, drive the cost-saving programs (e.g., SCOUTS).
Assist in COGM budgeting activities, preparing budgets based on production and cost
projections.
Participates in quarterly and yearly standard cost revisions, ensuring accurate and up-
to- date cost calculations.
Perform SKU-wise product cost analysis on a monthly or quarterly basis, assessing costs
at the individual product level.
Compile line-wise costing data to analyses the cost structure and performance of
each production line.
Manage KSOX data for quarterly reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant
regulations.
Prepare RM-PM consumption reports on a monthly basis, tracking and analyzing the
consumption of raw materials and packaging materials.
Handle CMU debit/credit notes on a quarterly basis, reconciling and resolving any
discrepancies.
Generate MIS reports as per the requirements of management and stakeholders.
Preparing long-term strategic financial plans.
Providing insights through Latest Estimates (LE) and Best Estimates (BE) to drive
strategic decisions on cost lines and revenue.
Ensuring the achievement of AOP targets and updating the AOP plan monthly or
quarterly based on the latest estimates.
Analyzing actual costing and variance reporting, identifying unfavorable variance,
and collaborating with operations to mitigate them.
Assessing 3rd party (3P) costing and ensuring timely cost reconciliations.
Assessing capital expenditures and investment projects on ROI, payback, and IRR
parameters.
Make vs. buy decisions analysis.
Pricing of new products from a cost/margin standpoint, benchmarking with
competitors, and channel margins.
Driving price revision activities considering price elasticity, gross margins, sales
volume, and customer price benchmarking. Facilitating internal and statutory
audits for costing, inventory valuation, and pricing matters.
Ensuring controls are in place concerning Korean SOX compliance.
Requirements
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Education/Experience
(degree / diploma)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is
required. Professional certifications such as CMA (Certified
Management Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) or
CWA/CA Qualifications.
8-12 Years of experience in costing and FPA, preferably in FMCG
manufacturing
Knowledge and Skills

Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and
management accounting.
Sound knowledge of SAP CO module, actual costing, and
material ledger.
Good knowledge of SAP FI, MM, and SD modules and their
integration.

detail.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with
