Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Drive the annual strategic planning cycle and support the formulation of 3-to-5-year corporate and business unit growth plans.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, macroeconomic shifts, and competitor moves to identify potential threats and growth opportunities.
Quantitative & Financial Modeling: Build robust business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for new initiatives, investments, partnerships, or M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions).
Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, Legal, and HR.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic milestones to ensure business units stay aligned with overarching corporate goals.
Proven track record of managing operations or strategy across multiple geographies, specifically the Middle East, USA, and India.
