GradRight's team of 100 members is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIT Roorkee, ISB Hyderabad and University of Pennsylvania and has significant experience in building successful brands in the education sector of India. GradRight is a USA registered company with a wholly owned subsidiary in India.

Core Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy:

1. Analyze business units from a revenue, expense, profitability perspective to identify identify emerging problems and and propose recommendations to business nit/product leads
2. Work closely with the corporate team, business unit leads to oversee rollouts of new strategic initiatives
3. Track KPIs, growth trajectories and outcomes for different functions
4. Anchor strategic engagements with partners, investors: Prepare business case documents and customized presentations for such opportunities

Budgeting, Planning and Reporting:

1. Prepare & maintain monthly, quarterly, annual business plans for the company
2. Track Actual Business Performance against the Plans, variance analytics,
3. Track and report KPIs for different functions and business units to internal and external stakeholders
4. Collaborate with finance and accounts functions to ensure consistency between reports from across business units and financial statement and records

Investor Relations:

1. Act as the single point of contact for all data requirements of investors, and such other external stakeholders
2. Prepare, manage and deliver investor presentations and MIS
3. Develop and execute investor relationship management strategy

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors in Engineering/Maths/Commerce/Finance &
2. CA/MBA/MIM/MSc in Finance or related fields will be preferred

If you are self-taught and if you can demonstrate your proficiency and skills, then the qualifications will not be a barrier

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

1. 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, general management roles, strategic planning
2. Skilled in understanding of business operations, organizational structures
3. Proficient in research and analytical skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent excel and presentation making skills
