We are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our corporate presence, drive enterprise partnerships and establish long-term relationships with organizations across industries.
Role Objective
To expand the corporate training business by acquiring enterprise clients, securing vendor empanelments and developing strategic partnerships with organizations seeking workforce upskilling and technology learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Training Business Development
* Identify and acquire new corporate clients for technology and professional training programs.
* Engage with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, Talent Development and Procurement teams.
* Understand client training requirements and propose customized learning solutions.
* Develop opportunities for long-term learning partnerships.
Vendor Empanelment
* Lead vendor registration and empanelment initiatives with enterprises, MNCs and large organizations.
* Manage documentation, compliance requirements and onboarding processes.
* Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams to complete empanelment procedures.
* Maintain and track empanelment opportunities across target accounts.
Strategic Partnerships
* Build relationships with decision-makers across organizations.
* Develop alliances with corporate stakeholders to drive recurring business opportunities.
* Strengthen the company's visibility within enterprise learning ecosystems.
* Create account growth plans for strategic clients.
Key Account Management
* Manage existing corporate relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
* Drive repeat business and improve customer retention.
* Conduct business reviews and maintain long-term engagement with clients.
Market Expansion
* Expand the company's footprint across enterprises, GCCs, IT services firms and mid-market organizations.
* Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in corporate learning.
* Represent the company at networking events, conferences and industry forums.
CandidateProfile
* 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Training Sales, Enterprise Learning, Strategic Partnerships or B2B Business Development.
* Strong understanding of corporate learning ecosystems.
* Demonstrated experience in vendor empanelment and enterprise account acquisition.
* Existing relationships with L&D, HR, Procurement or Talent Development stakeholders will be highly preferred.
* Proven ability to build and manage strategic accounts.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-driven, entrepreneurial and target-oriented mindset.
