About The Role

At myHQ, we help businesses find workspace solutions that enable growth, flexibility, and productivity. As a Manager – Corporate Real Estate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through every stage of their office leasing journey. From understanding workspace requirements and curating suitable options to negotiating commercial terms and ensuring seamless transaction execution, you'll collaborate with clients, landlords, developers, and coworking operators to deliver tailored office solutions while driving revenue and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.
  • Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
  • Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses.
  • Oversee transaction completion, including verifying stamp duty, registration charges, and coordinating property registrations.

Travel

This role requires frequent intracity travel for client meetings, space visits, and consultations. All travel expenses are covered as per industry standards, with the team using a corporate Uber account for convenience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Proven track record in building and managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Humility, persistence, and a drive for professional growth.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in commercial leasing or the co-working industry (preferred).
