Job Title: Manager - Corporate Master Data Services.
Job overview/Purpose of the Position:
- Managing the Corporate Master Data Services team responsible for handling daily master data operations including item creation, updates, trade compliance, costing, and product lifecycle changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across procurement, manufacturing, and legal entities. The team also manages uploads, mappings, and cleanup tasks to maintain data quality and compliance in systems like D365.
- Support the functional strategy actively contributing to departmental and organizational goals.
- Develop a scalable Corporate Master Data Services team, which effectively secures timely, cost-efficient and compliant services in expected quality as well as role modeling the People and Customer Journey.
- Deliver a high-performance, customer- and service-oriented culture where the outside-in approach is a starting point for all processes.
- Leading the tactical implementation of strategic initiatives for functional areas.
Area of responsibilities:
Operations & Process Management:
- Manage execution of Corporate Master Data processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Monitor and improve KPIs.
- Drive standardization and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in global projects.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop the team.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Support talent development and secure process execution by maintaining back-up, retention and succession plan.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders based on trust and reliable processes.

- Ensure alignment between business and Global Shared Services objectives.
Performance & Reporting:
- Accountable for building, measuring and monitoring KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders and management.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and segregation of duties.
- Maintain high data quality and process transparency.
- Support audits and implement corrective actions.
- Accountable for documenting processes and sustaining changes.
Competencies (e.g. technical skills):
- 7+ years of professional experience within a similar area demonstrating profound process knowledge and deep experience, Master Data Management Expert.
- 2+ years of relevant experience gained in a similar role (people leader).
- Strong cultural understanding.
- Experience of working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective.
- Understand various operating systems and processes.
- Communicates short and medium-term priorities and solutions to the team.
- Experience working with Continuous Improvements.
