Manager - Corporate Legal

Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the legal team in connection with the Companys contract review and negotiation and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks.
2. Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, Partner Agreements, Vendor Agreements etc.
3. RFP documents review, support and advice
4. Local language support (in interpreting, translating, reviewing and negotiating) for contracts and other legal matters.
5. Advice local business stakeholders on various aspects of law.
6. Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of network related agreements
7. Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins & Lease-Outs.
8. Monetization Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution & Registration of Agreements/Deeds, Execution & Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations.

Experience : 8 to 12yrs

Educational Qualification : LLB / LLM
