Roles And Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements including leases.
- Managing the entire contract life cycle.
- Draft contract templates for all lines of businesses.
- Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company by creating awareness.
- Legal support to other departments.
- Handling trademark portfolio including, but not limited to, seeking advice from IP attorney to understand the registration process, co-ordinate with branding team, share the mark for registration and ensure replies are filed within time.
- Shops & Establishment compliances
- Legal research.
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect business of the Company, including laws and regulation of IRDAI.
- This role may require travel based on the business requirement.
- Litigation and outside counsel management as and when required.
- Any other legal support as may be required.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience (preferably in labour laws and contracts) in any MNC or NBFC.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law
