Job Description
This role be reporting to Head of Corporate Development, and entails:
- Support the fund-raising activities, investor meetings and board reviews
- Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key
insights. Partner with external consultants, sellers, brands for deeper
grasp of market trends
- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business
model and identify ways to service the opportunities. Actively
collaborate with portfolio companies where appropriate
- Identifies and refines business goals, and develops and implements
jointly with business partners (Founders). Executes projects and
programs to achieve those goals
The Successful Applicant
- Adept with using spreadsheets and handling large data set of numbers. Prior experience of working with a big 4 would be helpful.
- Communication: You believe in being open and honest. You are a clean and concise communicator able to negotiate and deliver tough messages with clarity and empathy
- Team player: We have a one team approach. We win together and take risks, acknowledging this means backing and recognising each other's efforts and offering support when needed
