Fund Raising (equity + debt)

• Create the Investor Thesis and data-backed narrative of Quantiphi

• Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating financial Model and investor presentations like Teaser, Confidential Information Memorandum, etc

• Maintain and expand network of Investors along with handling of queries

• Understanding of legal documentations like SHA, SPA, Loan agreements, etc

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external counsels on the legal documentation

M&A

• Identifying areas for sourcing of M&A targets.

• Developing thesis for M&A acquisition through qualitative and quantitative analysis

• Handle end-to-end Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration exercise

• Understanding of legal documentations like merger agreements, etc

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external counsels on the legal documentation

• Develop and maintain relationships with various Investment Bankers, potential targets

Strategy & Research

• Develop original ideas, research, structuring that can impact decision making

• Work with Business leaders to provide them with analytical support
