Position Purpose
The Manager CEO's Office will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving high-impact initiatives across finance, capital strategy, investor engagement, and corporate development. The role requires a strong background in Treasury, Investor Relations, and Due Diligence, with prior experience in consulting or a comparable industry peer. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, capital allocation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & CEO Office Support
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
- Track and drive execution of key CEO-level initiatives across departments.
- Perform variance analysis and trend analysis on SG&A and provide support in budgeting and forecasting process for reporting of SG&A.
- Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making.
2. Treasury & Capital Management
- Develop and maintain accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models and liquidity monitoring.
- Monitor cash flow, debt covenants, and financing arrangements.
- Respond to lender and credit agencies due diligence queries, including preparation and review of financial information, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of lender reporting packages.
- Support capital structure planning, liquidity management, and funding strategies.
3. Investor Relations
- Support preparation of investor decks, earnings materials, and investor communication.
- Financial performance analysis vs budget and prior periods.
- Support ad-hoc investor queries with clear, data-backed responses
- Support investor meetings, roadshows, and Q&A preparation.
- Lead preparation of board materials, strategic reviews, and executive presentations
4. Due Diligence & Corporate Development
- Lead financial and commercial due diligence for M&A, partnerships, and investments.
- Coordinate with external advisors (consultants, auditors, legal counsel).
- Build financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, transaction analysis).
- Support integration planning and post-transaction tracking.
5. Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Lead special projects directly sponsored by the CEO.
- Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives.

Knowledge
- Masters in Business Administration/CA/CFA equivalent

- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
