How will you make an impact in this role
This role is for a Project Manager in the Global Financial Operations (GFO) team to drive our journey towards leveraging Technology and AI to transform the way we work, accelerate efficiencies, and strengthen controls in our processes. This individual will work with GFO leaders, process owners, SMEs to build, develop and execute on various opportunity areas. The incumbent will coordinate as needed with groups within Controllership and Finance as well as with technologies and product owners to design, implement, and sustain solutions for varied processes owned by GFO teams.
Key Responsibilities:
.Closely Partner with GFO teams to identify projects, establish and execute on deliverables
.Provide expertise, resolve bottlenecks, partner with teams within and outside controllership as needed
.Managing project scope, sequencing, and prioritization
.Creating communications & updates to key stakeholders/leadership
.Partnering with all impacted groups across the organization to ensure strategy and procedural alignment
.Synthesizing insights from multiple sources and utilizing frameworks to logically and concisely structure information
.Offering thought leadership and partnering with Teams to generate and present implementable solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications
.5+ years of experience in Project / Product /Process Transformation
.Familiarity with GFO processes, finance systems and tools
.Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
.Ability to build relationships across various partners and influence without authority in an ambiguous environment
.Possess a positive attitude and excel in a fast-paced environment
.Strong knowledge of various AI & Point automation tools
.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint required
.SQL and data analysis experience a plus
.Experience in Agile, SAFe, similar methodologies is a plus
