Role Overview: Own end-to-end control tower operations for Fresh warehouses by driving performance visibility,
resolving operational gaps, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead control tower for Fresh warehouses and provide daily performance visibility
- Track and analyze warehouse KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, arrivals, productivity, wastage, etc.)
- Identify gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
- Ensure on-time arrival and fulfillment from all warehouses
- Program manage cross-functional initiatives to improve warehouse performance
- Work closely with warehouse teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Standardize and implement best-in-class supply chain processes
- Drive long-term improvements and operational excellence
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure execution
Desired Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or related field with 5–7 years experience in supply chain / control tower / planning roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
