Mandate 1 Employees will come to the office thrice a week at their base location and work remotely for the remaining days.
Role Description
Min 8 to 12 years of experience in managing content workflows for a tech brand, any brand or an agency (based on showcasing stellar client work).
Should have mandatorily managed a team of 5 or more, for min 3-4 years.
Should have client facing/stakeholder facing experience since presentation and collaboration is a huge ask for this role
Should be a visual and user first thinker in terms of UX/UI content and design, since each and every asset is going to be live on the app for the user.
Should be well versed with how tech is progressing in the country, have a strong understanding of how a startup functions and the nitty-gritties of a fast-paced high volume work environment.
Should exhibit leadership capabilities in terms of decision making, fast execution, and leading the team of writers
Should be tech savvy and AI capable, if not savvy. Should possess hands-on experience with the basics such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva and other such design/content enabler tools.
Knowledge of the workings of Figma are non-negotiable since all of our work occurs on that platform.
Should possess meticulous attention to detail, since the volume of work going out will be on the heavier side.
