Reports To: Marketing Head / Brand Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead the planning and execution of all brand content initiatives. The role will focus on developing compelling content ideas for marketing campaigns, blogs, and hyperlocal marketing initiatives across cities where SkyJumper operates. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities to strengthen brand recall and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute brand campaigns and content properties aligned with marketing objectives
Develop hyperlocal content strategies tailored for different cities and target audiences
Manage blog strategy focused on SEO, organic traffic growth, and brand storytelling
Collaborate closely with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content
Identify emerging content trends and leverage viral opportunities
Conceptualize storytelling-driven campaigns to enhance brand recall and engagement
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all content formats, including print, in-mall branding, in-park collaterals, and digital platforms
Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong content ideation and storytelling abilities
Experience in planning and executing multi-platform content strategies
Good understanding of SEO-driven blog content planning
Ability to develop campaign-led content formats
Familiarity with social media trends and content performance metrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
35 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or digital content roles
Experience in entertainment, retail, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically about content while also being hands-on in execution. They should be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
