Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the strategy, governance, optimization, and scaling of Royal Enfield's global web and application ecosystem to maximize digital conversion, lead generation, and customer retention. The role is responsible for leading the platform architecture, data consolidation, and technical content authoring strategies across all international markets, ensuring a high-performing, secure, and personalized user journey. By driving cross-functional alignment between Marketing, IT, and Finance, this role transitions the digital footprint from basic content management to an active, agile commercial engine that supports global business objectives and portfolio launches.

What you'll do:
- Global Platform Governance & Architecture Strategy: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the global AEM layer across 50+ localized websites, mobile apps, and brand properties, ensuring scalability, structural stability, and readiness for future product launches.
- Commercial Performance & Conversion Optimization: Move beyond vanity traffic metrics to own the commercial throughput of the digital ecosystem; continuous optimization of page performance (TTI, LCP, Core Web Vitals) and SEO frameworks to minimize funnel drop-off and maximize test ride conversions.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Influence: Proactively collaborate with and influence internal IT, Finance, and Brand teams to build data-backed ROI business cases, ensuring critical MarTech infrastructure (such as Lead Management Systems, CDP integration, and Global Search) is prioritized and delivered.
- In-House Team Leadership & Strategic Delegation: Oversee, mentor, and structurally scale the internal technical content authoring team; establish strict operational SLAs and SOPs to automate routine workflows and transition day-to-day maintenance dependencies away from core leadership capacity.
- Global Expansion & Data Consolidation: Direct international digital transformation initiatives, including the technical consolidation of market data flows (such as LATAM and EMEA), domain governance, and localized content delivery to ensure a unified customer experience across all geographies.
- Agile Product Delivery & Post-Launch Optimization: Manage multi-phase project sprints (OTIF) across all digital properties, transitioning the development team from a legacy CMS framework to a high-velocity, agile product development mindset focused on post-launch funnel efficiency.
- Compliance & Infrastructure Hygiene: Enforce complete adherence to global data protection laws (GDPR, localized privacy compliance), security standards, and operational uptime requirements across all customer-facing digital touchpoints.
- MarTech Innovation Pipeline: Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies (including AI-augmented authoring frameworks and personalization pilots) to continuously improve global speed-to-market and reduce reliance on external agency partners.
What you'll bring:
Experience: 10+ years of progressive website/app project management experience
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Full Time) -CS/IT/Business Management
