Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design compliance review methodologies and testing standards aligned with the Compliance Risk Framework.
- Plan, execute, and document compliance testing across existing and new products and controls.
- Define compliance control points based on risk assessments and ensure rigorous testing procedures.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive compliance testing programs to identify and mitigate risks.
- Report findings of compliance testing to senior management and track remediation until closure.
- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely implementation of testing observations.
- Own and track compliance-related projects and prepare dashboards to highlight review outcomes and action points.
- Assist in regulatory reporting activities and preparation for RBI inspections.
