Job Description:

Educational Qualifications

· Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in the insurance domain

· Preferred: Degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance

· Bonus: LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification

Key Skills & Competencies

· Proven experience in regulatory compliance for Health & Motor Insurance

· Strong analytical and resolution skills

· Skilled in handling IRDAI queries and internal cross-functional coordination

· Familiar with AI-based compliance platforms

· Multilingual: English, Hindi, plus one regional language

Key Responsibilities

· File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC

· Validate Health/Motor-related data from departments before submission

· Maintain audit-ready records, ensure reporting consistency

· Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors

· Support audits, Board presentations, and uphold corporate governance
