The Competitive Intelligence team is looking for a technical, innovative, and execution-oriented product leader to drive the strategic build of AI Agents & assist in deploying internal AI technology to drive Salesforce competitive performance across the Go-To-Market and Product organizations. This individual will contribute significantly to the creation and adoption of next-gen tools which will augment how competitive support is delivered, competitive insights are captured, and competitive strategy is built across our diverse product portfolio.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between the Competitive Intelligence team, the AI Product organization, and Engineering teams, owning the AI product roadmap strategy, managing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new AI launches, and steering our strategy for interoperability across Salesforce's growing agent ecosystem. The role requires a leader with a collaborative mindset and technical understanding of Salesforce's Agentforce and Data Cloud technology.
This role is ideal for someone that can combine strategic thinking with technical fluency. The ideal candidate will be able to build on the definition of what the Competitive Intelligence team does, and deliver the strategy for how to incorporate AI tools to deliver measurable impact to the business. The ideal candidate has experience working with a variety of product management and engineering roles, and excells in environments requiring collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the product roadmap for Competitive Intelligence AI initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and the AI product team.
Translate strategic priorities into AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact for the Competitive Intelligence team.
Identify new use cases, data sources, and integrations that extend the AI tool functionality and business value to augment the Competitive team, GTM and product organizations.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for AI-related launches, coordinating across cross-functional teams (Strategy, Product, Engineering, IT).
Drive the roadmap for interoperability between the various AI tools the Competitive Intelligence team uses
Partner with internal product owners to define shared data workflow requirements that enable seamless cross-agent collaboration.
Represent Competitive Intelligence in internal AI councils and cross-agent working groups.
8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms, ideally in product management roles.
Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and agent-based architectures (technical curiosity and comfort with AI-driven workflows are key). Experience working with Agentforce and Slack AI preferred.
Salesforce Agentblazer Champion status required. Innovator or Legend status preferred.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Additional certifications preferred.
Experience defining product requirements, managing UAT cycles, and coordinating across technical and business stakeholders.
