About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and technically strong Technology Solutions & Engineering (TSE) professionals to design, develop, and deliver innovative telecom and network solutions. This is a customer-facing, solution-driven role involving engineering, solution design across telecom, surveillance, and networking domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions

Engage with customers to design end-to-end solutions

Prepare solution architecture, BOM/BOQ, drawings, FDS, DBM and technical documents

Support tendering, bid management and costing activities

Address technical queries from customers and partners

Coordinate with vendors, logistics and cross-functional teams

Conduct testing and evaluation of solutions

Mentor junior engineers (for senior roles)

Ensure compliance with QMS, HSE and ISO standards

Technical Skills:

Optical fiber transmission systems

Networking & Ethernet

Surveillance systems (CCTV, Perimeter Intrusion Detection)

Access Control System, PBX, PAGA

Radio & wireless communication

System design and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E / M.E in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunication

Engineer: 23 years

Assistant Manager: 58 years
