Job Purpose:
Evaluate & Develop Supplier, New component with consistent quality, delivery & at
competitive cost for stamping Parts, Plastic, Rubber Parts for Compressors. Apply Strategic commodity plan to mitigate supply chain risk and drive direct material velocity improvement & Cost Reduction programs. Work towards influencing suppliers to optimize quality, cost, manufacturability & sustainability.

- Supplier Development
- Conduct e-Sourcing for Components
- Supplier Outreach from Supplier base horizon
- Work with Sales, Operations, Quality & Engineering team
- Implement Engineering changes to maintain costs
- Integrate with Engineering for newly designed parts to meet quality; cost requirements

- Evaluate Cost details of various components
- Negotiate & Finalize Pricing with Suppliers
- Ensure competitive cost for Components

Education And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Elecrtical/mechanical/Production Engineering, DBA/MBA is also preferred
