Role Description: Commercial Asset Advisor – Sales & Investments

We are looking for a commercially driven Commercial Asset Advisor to work on a boutique

office development in Pune.

This is a developer-side role focused on engaging with investors, positioning the asset, and

driving sales closures. The role combines investment advisory, leasing understanding, and

commercial deal-making.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing commercial office investments, rental

yield, leasing dynamics, and long-term asset value with HNI and investor clients.

Key Responsibilities :-

Investor Engagement & Deal Closure

Interact with HNI and investor clients for commercial office investments

Present the project, its positioning, and investment potential

Lead end-to-end deal cycles — from first interaction to closureInvestment Advisory

Explain ROI, rental yield, leasing potential, and appreciation outlook

Guide investors on asset performance and income generation

Structure conversations around investment logic, not just pricingLeasing & Market

Understanding

Understand tenant demand, leasing cycles, and rental benchmarks

Provide insights on tenant profiles and leasing potential

Align investor expectations with real market dynamicsProject Representation

(Developer Side)

Communicate design intent, construction quality, and timelines

Work closely with internal architecture and development teams

Represent the project as a long-term commercial assetLead Management &

Relationship Building

Handle qualified investor leads and maintain strong follow-ups

Build long-term relationships with investors and repeat buyers

Generate referrals through existing networks

Ideal Candidate Profile :-

5–7 years experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing

Experience handling investor-driven transactions (₹1 Cr+ preferred)

Strong understanding of commercial office investments and leasing dynamics

Ability to confidently discuss ROI, rental yield, and asset appreciation

Professional, articulate, and comfortable in investor-facing roles
