Cyber Ark Job Description

CyberArk PAM Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, administration, and support of CyberArks suite of privileged access security solutions. This includes managing privileged accounts, implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Skillsets:

Deep understanding of Installation, configuration, upgrades of CyberArk components, account onboarding/offboarding, policy customization, password upload utilities, integration (LDAP, SMTP, SIEM), L1/L2 support, BeyondTrust, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, MFA/SSO,

Experience:
810 years in IT security or operations, with 34 years in CyberArk PAM.
Experience with Windows/Linux server administration.
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and CyberArk deployment in cloud environments.

Certifications:
CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or CDE certifications preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls).
Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server, and ServiceNow ITSM.
Experience with Splunk or similar SIEM tools.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
Analytical mindset with a focus on security and compliance.

Key Deliverables:
Manage and support CyberArk components: EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM (CP, CCP, DAP), PTA.
Perform onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts and manage safes, platforms, and access policies.
Conduct patching, upgrades, and health checks of CyberArk infrastructure.
Develop and maintain custom connectors and plugins
Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk-related incidents and service requests.
Monitor and troubleshoot PAM services, including session recording and credential vaulting.
Handle DR (Disaster Recovery) testing and documentation.
Support audit and compliance activities by generating reports and logs.
Integrate CyberArk with other IAM tools like SailPoint.
Automate tasks using PowerShell, REST APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI.
Support ServiceNow integration for ticketing and JIT access workflows.
