4. Job Purpose
This role is part of Rapyder's Enterprise Sales team for the South Region and is responsible for driving cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives within large enterprise accounts. The Manager – Cloud Consulting will own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end, drive new logo acquisition, build CXO-level relationships, and position Rapyder as a trusted advisor for Cloud, Security, Data, and AI-led solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong hunting mindset, proven experience managing enterprise accounts in the South region, and a demonstrated track record of achieving annual service sales targets of ₹10 Cr or more while driving profitable business growth.
5. Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Account Ownership
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the South region.
- Drive revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and customer retention.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and growth strategies.
- Build strong executive relationships across customer organizations.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
New Business Acquisition & Hunting
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers.
- Build a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Create and execute strategic plans for target accounts.
CXO Engagement & Solution Selling
- Build and sustain CXO-level relationships.
- Lead discovery workshops and strategic discussions.
- Position Cloud, Security, Data, AI, and Managed Services solutions.
- Conduct business value conversations aligned to customer priorities.
AWS & Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with AWS partner teams, BDMs, PDMs, and OEM partners.
- Drive joint pipeline generation and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Execute GTM programs, workshops, and account-specific campaigns.
Sales Execution & Internal Collaboration
- Manage commercial negotiations and deal closures.
- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Ensure timely proposal submissions and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure timely collections.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Monitor customer, competitor, and market trends.
- Share actionable insights with leadership.
- Identify emerging opportunities in Cloud, Security, Data, and AI services.
Requirements / Experience & Skills
Mandatory Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise IT services, cloud consulting, or technology sales.
- Strong experience managing Enterprise Accounts in the South region, particularly Bengaluru.
- Experience working with organizations having annual revenues between ₹300 Cr and ₹700 Cr.
- Proven hunting capability with a strong track record of acquiring new logos.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business and enterprise sales growth.
- Experience carrying and achieving annual service sales targets of ₹10 Cr or more.
