Job Title: WIFI L3 Specialist Aruba and Cisco Meraki

Experience: Minimum 10 years (including 6 years of relevant experience with Enterprise WIFI domain )

Location: Pune

Job Description: We are seeking an experiencedWIFI L3 Specialistwith expertise inAruba Central and Cisco Meraki implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with WIFI devices to optimize wireless network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manageAruba WIFI Network to ensure high-quality wireless connectivity.
• Configure and optimize wireless access points to maximize performance, coverage, and user experience.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and L3 support for complex wireless network issues.
• Coordination with TAC for fixes
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance for Aruba solutions.
• Collaborate with network teams to integrate wireless solutions seamlessly into the larger infrastructure.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for wireless network operations.
• Work on routing and switching configurations as required to support wireless connectivity.
• Ensure the wireless infrastructure configuration Hardening is done to meet the compliance requirement
• Conduct performance analysis and propose recommendations to enhance wireless network efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in wireless networking.
• Documentation and execution of changes in the Wireless Network.
• Wireless Infrastructure architecture diagram to be maintained and updated periodically.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least4 years of relevant experience with wireless controllers.
• Deep knowledge ofAruba Controllerssetup, implementation, and management.
• Understanding of routing and switchingtechnologies (e.g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP).
• Proficiency in wireless protocols such as802.11 standards,RF management, andwireless securityconfigurations.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools like packet analyzers and RF site survey tools.
• Industry certifications such asCWNA,Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), orCCNA Wirelessare desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with wireless network integration into larger network security frameworks.
