Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Residential Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on pre-qualified leads and closing residential deals while identifying opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and services to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Closing

  • Own the end-to-end residential sales process, by refining the pre sales and qualification process and then working on and closing those leads.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and present tailored property solutions
  • Conduct compelling property presentations, site visits, and virtual walkthroughs for prospective buyers
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an active follow-up cadence with warm leads and past clients to drive referrals and repeat business

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residential clients throughout the buying journey
  • Deliver an exceptional post-sale experience to drive referrals, testimonials, and repeat business
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system
  • Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly and professionally

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay current on residential market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and regulatory developments
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the Sales Manager
  • Contribute insights to the team on buyer preferences, objections, and emerging market opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential

  • 37 years of proven experience in residential real estate or property sales
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
