Manager, Clinical Operations (Perennial Living)

Committed to delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence by optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of outpatient clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and service standards
• Optimise patient scheduling, registration and discharge process
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols, healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
• Investigate incidents and service gaps and implement corrective actions to address the gaps
• Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies
• Monitor revenue and manage operational budgets for outpatient services
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, preferably in outpatient or hospital care settings
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, healthcare regulations and patient care processes
