Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Clinical Initiatives and Medico Marketing. In this role, you will serve as a clinical strategist to support clinical adoption of our products, through Medico- marketing initiatives, and an educator to drive clinical initiatives of Orchid AMS (revolving around a robust AMSP program), acting as a bridge between Orchid AMS and healthcare professionals. In your role you are expected to lead a team of regional CRC (Clinical Research Consultants) for the Clinical initiatives and molecule adoption by clinicians, also work with the Marketing and sales team, to provide support in brand positioning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Clinical Strategy Implementation
- Implement the overall clinical strategy across assigned regions.
- Support Marketing in developing clinical strategies, scientific content, and implementation frameworks.
- Provide structured feedback and suggest interventions based on field insights and outcomes.
2.Clinical Training & Education
- Develop and deliver high-impact training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Conduct in-person and digital learning initiatives including webinars, virtual workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Enable internal teams through continuous medical education and product training.
3.Product & Scientific Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, their clinical applications, and antimicrobial stewardship relevance.
- Stay updated on emerging research, guidelines, resistance trends, and best practices.
- Translate scientific evidence into practical, clinician-friendly insights.
4.Customer Support & Clinical Consulting
- Act as the primary clinical and technical point of contact for customers.
- Provide real-time problem-solving support for product usage and clinical challenges.
- Offer consultative solutions aligned with hospital protocols and patient outcomes.
5.Digital Initiatives & Social Media Engagement
- Lead and execute digital clinical engagement strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, medical forums, etc.), though your team
- Help to Develop and manage scientific content for social media, including case discussions, infographics, expert talks, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to build thought leadership for Orchid AMS in AMR.
- Drive KOL digital engagement programs such as webinars, podcasts, and online panel discussions.
- Monitor digital analytics and engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
- Ensure all digital communication is compliant with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
6.Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong networks with KOLs, clinicians, hospital CXOs, associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and strategic priorities.
- Support institutional engagement through both on-ground and digital channels.
7.Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of clinical interactions, training sessions, and customer engagements.
- Provide periodic reports on: (a) Clinical strategy implementation (b) Training and audit interventions (c) Digital engagement performance (d) Customer feedback and insights
- Identify gaps and recommend continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare (MBBS preferred)
- Clinical experience in hospital or healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals and clinical applications (preferably antimicrobials)
- Experience/strong interest in digital health, medical communication, social media engagement
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools/platforms
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to travel and engage with healthcare institutions
