Manager Civil

About the Role

The Site Manager will oversee all on-site activities for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects at the school and various other locations of the group. This role requires managing civil works, interior design implementation, and external development projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The role involves coordinating multiple contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• A Civil and Interior Site Supervisor oversees daily construction and finishing activities.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality/safety standards.
• Manage on-site labor and subcontractors.
• Interpret technical drawings.
• Check material quality.
• Enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. Civil)

Diploma in Civil Engineering (for junior/site roles)

Professional certifications are an added advantage

Experience in construction/site execution projects

Ability to handle contractors and vendors

Experience in project planning and coordination

Knowledge of government approvals and documentation
