Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects specific to CHP operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct structural assessments and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the safety and durability of CHP infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil engineering solutions with operational requirements.
Monitor and manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards and project deliverables.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize the performance and efficiency of CHP-related civil structures.
Ensure alignment of civil engineering activities with Adani Power's operational goals and sustainability initiatives.
Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Utilize advanced civil engineering tools and methodologies to enhance project execution and operational reliability.
Support the Civil Head in strategic planning and decision-making for infrastructure development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency of CHP facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles, with a focus on CHP or similar industrial operations.
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects within the power or energy sector.
