The Manager Office of International Affairs will be responsible for the effective management and optimization of goals set by the Office of International Affairs for the campus. The role supports the university's internationalization strategy through strong stakeholder engagement, marketing, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of the international education sector, along with strong marketing, communication, and networking skills, to strengthen international partnerships and global outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate student presentations in collaboration with SPOCs of each department and senior leadership, under the guidance of the Pro Vice Chancellor (International)
- Promote international opportunities to students and faculty at the Baddi Campus
- Counsel and assist students individually at the Office of International Affairs
- Maintain accurate documentation, data records, and submit monthly reports (hard copy and electronic)
- Maintain and update the OIA office space with relevant brochures and information for students
- Support planning and execution of Global Week, conferences, and other international events
- Assist in planning and execution of tasks assigned by the OIA leadership
- Willingness to travel as required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of the Illume Network and its organizational framework
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution abilities
Preferred Qualification
- Prior experience in international education is highly desirable
