Role & Responsibilities
Business Development & Channel Partner Management
- Identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls
- Leverage a strong network of channel partners (CP) and existing customers to achieve targets
- Expand and manage the CP network, acquire new business, and manage client relationships
- Conduct regular meetings with CPs for engagement, empanelment, and business growth
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to meet prospects, organize site visits, and convert proposals into confirmed business
- Support customer engagement through all stages, addressing queries and ensuring smooth delivery
Training & Collaboration
- Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners for improved performance
- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to generate leads and optimize sales strategies
