Position Summary: As an Audit Industry CHAMP AM/ TL, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, andmanufacturing sectors.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.
- Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP andother regulatory standards.
- Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.
- Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
- 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles.
- Experience with CHAMP industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
