Manager, CEO Office
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, CEO Office to support the CEO of a growing software development company. This is an operations-heavy role that involves managing all digital communications and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Email Management - Read, prioritize, summarize, and draft responses for CEO approval
• Calendar & Scheduling - Manage complex scheduling across Indian and US time zones
• Client Communication - Coordinate with international clients and prospects
• Document Creation - Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents
• Meeting Management - Take detailed meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up completion
• Administrative Support - Handle all digital operations, document management, and correspondence
• Business Development - Support US market expansion activities and client acquisition
• Strategic Coordination - Arrange and prepare materials for high-level business meetings
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or in business operations roles
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides), CRM systems, and project management tools
• Strong document creation skills for proposals, presentations, and business materials
• Experience in meeting management, note-taking, and action item tracking
• Flexibility for occasional early morning or evening calls with US clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined parameters
• Sales and marketing experience would be an added advantage
Work Environment
• Full-time office-based position in Hyderabad
• Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
