You'll become the operating backbone of the CEO Office.

What You'll Own

CEO Office Governance

• Own the company-wide action tracker.
• Ensure every meeting ends with clear owners and deadlines.
• Follow up relentlessly until commitments are delivered.
• Escalate delays before they become problems.

Meetings That Actually Matter

• Manage the CEO's calendar and priorities.
• Prepare agendas and pre-reads.
• Capture clear MOMs.
• Ensure every meeting leads to decisions and execution.

Talent Acquisition

You'll help us hire great people.

Not just by scheduling interviews...

But by ensuring every candidate has a great experience.

You'll own:

• Hiring tracker
• Interview coordination
• Candidate communication
• Offer follow-ups
• Joining readiness

Strategic Projects

You'll coordinate projects that don't belong to one department.

Think:

• New initiatives
• Business improvements
• Technology implementations
• Brand projects
• Special CEO assignments

You'll probably know about it.

Executive Support

Yes...

Sometimes you'll book a flight.

Sometimes you'll reserve a restaurant.

Sometimes you'll remind the CEO about a dentist appointment.

• 5–10 years of experience in Executive Assistant, CEO Office, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• High ownership with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and productivity tools.
