Manager – Cell Process | Solar Cell Manufacturing
Location: Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical / Chemical / Renewable Energy
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Cell Process with strong hands-on experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing to drive process excellence, technology integration, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solar cell process engineering and continuous process improvement.
- Drive PERC, Bifacial and TOPCon process development and integration.
- Analyze electrical & process parameters using SPC, MS Excel and Minitab.
- Plan and execute DOE/experiments and prepare technical analysis reports.
- Develop and maintain SOP, WI, PFD, MQP, SPC, RMR and ISO documentation.
- Drive cell efficiency, yield and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify process deviations, conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Projects and Utilities.
- Conduct technical training for operators, GETs and engineers.
- Work with vendors/OEMs for process-lab equipment and troubleshooting.
- Support cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects.
