Job Description
We are looking for a Data Network Integration SME with extensive experience in the end to end integration of Ethernet, Back haul/Core network and IP/MPLS Telco services for enterprise customers. The role involves service activation for Layer 2 and Layer 3 products including IPVPN, MPLS, E Link, V Link, and Internet services across Juniper MX, Alcatel Lucent/Nokia, Cisco CE routers, and Huawei devices in Telcom/ISP network.
This is a permanent work from office role and there is no work from home option available.
Shift timings will follow the Australian time zone starting at 2:00 AM/ 3:00 AM (IST) based on business requirements. Week offs will be rotational.
Public and festive holidays will follow the Australian calendar.

VRFs, Route Targets/Distinguishers, BGP/OSPF, Static routes

QoS: Marking (DSCP/EXP), shaping, scheduling. Change Implementation:
Hot cutover execution
Implementing modifications on existing services (Bandwidth upgrades, QoS/CoS changes)
Testing with Field engineer and customer Quality Control and Work instructions:
Preparing and improving work instructions and quality checklists
Creating templates for pre and post checks and ensuring documentation remains updated Vendor-Specific Responsibilities Juniper MX Series (MX5/80/240/480 etc.)
Configure routing instances/VRFs, BGP policies, OSPF/IS IS, MPLS (LDP), and CoS
Perform PE to CE integration, apply firewall filters, and execute commit confirm safe changes Alcatel Lucent / Nokia (7750 SR / 7450 ESS)
Provision SAP, SDP, VPLS/VLL, L3VPN, QoS queues
Configure MPLS/RSVP TE, IS IS, BGP policies, MC LAG (where applicable) Cisco ASR and NCS Series
Provision SAP, SDP, VPLS/VLL, L3VPN, QoS queues
Configure MPLS/RSVP TE, IS IS, BGP policies, MC LAG (where applicable) Customer Edge & Handoffs
Build PE to CE integrations and electrical/optical handoffs
Support dual CPE / dual PE designs for high availability (HSRP/VRRP/MC LAG/EVPN multihoming as applicable)
Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 telecommunication provider/ ISP.
Mandatory to hold one of the certifications - Cisco CCNP / Juniper JNCP/ Nokia NRS II
Expertise with Juniper routers (MX/EX/SRX) : routing, NAT, QoS, VRFs, IPsec, SIP
Strong experience in end to end service integration across: IPVPN, MPLS, Ethernet L2 services, VRFs, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/IS IS), VLAN encapsulations, LAG/LACP, QoS policies, MPLS/LDP/RSVP TE, SAP/SDP, VPLS/VLL, MC LAG, PE CE integration
Expertise in multi vendor environments particularly Juniper MX and Nokia/Alcatel Lucent platforms
Deep understanding of MPLS core designs, high availability CE handoffs, QoS frameworks, and last mile E Link/V Link configurations to ensure reliable enterprise grade connectivity
Experience with NetCracker Service Provisioning tools
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
