We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Campaign Operations and Data Manager to lead the execution and optimization of Seller led, Marketing Campaigns and Event for our Large Enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for campaign data architecture, process management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing, Master Data Management (MDM), and SFDC teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, data management, Campaign management and reporting.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end operational execution of large-scale, multi-touch campaigns across channels (Seller led campaigns, Marketing led campaigns & events)
Ensure campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and target audience are correctly tagged to live campaign in SFDC
Collaborate with Demand Gen teams on campaign briefs, asset requirements, timelines, and launch the campaign.
Data Management & Governance:
Maintain and improve campaign data processes, Data build and validation as per the criteria.
Work closely with the MDM team to ensure data accuracy, normalization, deduplication and data tagging to campaign
Manage campaign-related integrations and data flow between platforms like SFDC, MDM, and marketing automation systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Demand Gen, MDM, and SFDC teams.
Partner with Sales Ops and SFDC admins to ensure alignment on lead flow, campaign attribution, and opportunity tracking.
Support sales enablement through timely campaign insights and data handoffs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Create and manage dashboards to monitor campaign performance, conversion metrics, Aging PDO and pipeline contribution.
Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor%27s degree OR MBA
Technical Proficiency: SFDC, LinkedIn SN, MS Office, Data scrapping tools
Years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or data-driven marketing/Sales roles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales and ABM strategies.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience working with MDM systems and campaign data governance processes.
Proficiency in Excel, SFDC, Data tools, LinkedIn and experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
