Profile Overview
We are looking for a candidate with a core experinece into Business Valuation to lead and manage valuation engagements across transactions, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee endtoend project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review business valuation assignments using DCF, intrinsic valuation, relative valuation, and market multiples.
- Oversee financial statement analysis, identify key value drivers, and guide team in building and reviewing advanced valuation models.
- Drive company and industry research using Capital IQ, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, Factiva, Thomson Reuters, etc.
- Review valuation reports, ensure methodological robustness, and present conclusions to senior clients.
- Manage client relationships, handle engagement planning, and ensure timely, highquality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to IndAS, income tax considerations, and IFRS (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA or MBA from a premier institute with 57+ years of valuation/corporate finance experience.
- Strong command of valuation principles, corporate finance, financial modeling, and accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent analytical and reportwriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, mentor teams, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients.
