Job Description:
This position will be primarily responsible for providing collaborative engagement with multiple of Medline's US business units to align with their visions and consistently deliver high-quality services.
This person will need to have strong communication, collaboration, analytical skills, and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership, a roll up your sleeves attitude is needed. We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong prior experience in the area of Business Operations/Support area (preferably in the supply chain, medical device or biomedical area).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Driving results and team deliverables-
- Lead and manage multiple teams at Medline India supporting diverse business functions, including supply chain operations with a focus on inventory management across multiple product divisions. Key responsibilities include managing surplus, branch holds, customer returns, and related inventory controls.
- Provide leadership oversight for the business analytics function, primarily responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting data to develop reports that accelerate decision-making and deliver clear, actionable business insights.
- Ensure consistent delivery of team outcomes with strong ownership of productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
- Build independent, accountable teams that foster trusted stakeholder relationships, adapt effectively to business needs, and deliver on organizational expectations and strategies.
- Operate with confidence, urgency, and accountability to achieve sustainable results.
- Model and reinforce Medline's core values, ensuring they are consistently upheld by both self and team members.
- Develop and coach team leaders
- Develop capable and independently functioning leads by mentoring and coaching them to become dependable leaders who consistently deliver strong results and cultivate highperforming teams.
- Drive leads to adopt new approaches, frameworks, and best practices while proactively identifying and addressing training and development needs for continuous growth.
- Stakeholder management -
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across business units to align on goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Partner with US stakeholders to identify and transition new business functions to Medline India.
- Enable transparent, timely, and tailored communication while ensuring ownership of daily deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain continuous engagement with leadership to stay aligned with organizational vision and growth plans.
- Implement and manage feedback mechanisms to strengthen collaboration and ensure clear expectation alignment with strategic partners.

Educational and Work Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- M.B.A. in Operations/supply chain/Business Management is preferred
- 12+ years of total experience
- 4+ years of experience in managing business operations/support teams as a manager
- Experience managing both people managers and individual contributors
- Experience of building teams around Business Support/Operations
- Experience in conducting performance reviews and merit increases for the team for at least two formal cycles
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across diverse geographies
- Experience working in Captive/GCC/Shared services (Medical device industry) is preferred
- Experience with data visualization using Excel/BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau
