In Three Months, You Would Have

  • Acquainting with extensive performance campaign structures & account understanding
  • Align performance marketing campaigns reports daily
  • Operations management & execution alignment

In Six Months, You Would Have

  • Direct client communications
  • Direct global communications
  • Fulfilling performance media data requests to global and local client
  • Full fledged aligning the activation teams
  • 1st cut annual performance media plans

In 12 Months, You Would Have

  • Building annual operations planning
  • Building strategy / approach decks to corroborate the plans
  • Decision making for achievement of the targets

Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Extensive Daily + Weekly + Monthly performance always on campaigns reporting
  • Client servicing - Aligning Daily performance analysis & optimizations for performance daily check meetings (Daily calls /weekly calls with client)
  • Client operations + performance channel's operations management interacting with internal activation teams search, social, display and also external performance partners for a seamless execution
  • Global performance weekly call - Both making + presenting the decks to global team on weekly basis
  • Fulfilling performance media data requests to global and local client
  • adidas lumina / estimates plan updates with global
  • 1st cut performance media plan creation

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with solid reporting and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with stakeholders
