Location: Work from Office, Koramangala, Bangalore

Remuneration / Salary

Experience

Atleast 2 to 3 years experience in Managing Operations for a Start-up.

Role Expectations

• Be ready to lead the Online Puja Revolution in India
• Ready to travel to Temple Towns - Varanasi, Ujjain, Trimbakeshwar, Rameshwaram
• Convince Temples to go Online
• Manage Panditjis and Trusts to ensure proper SOP is followed
• Build scalable processes and ensure they are followed to T
• Write PRDs for leveraging Technology to bring efficiencies in systems and operations

• Ready to Slog: We are not here for 9 to 6 work. Building a startup is hard, and with limited resources, even harder.

Good to Have

• Graduate degree from Tier 1 colleges like IITs, BITS, IIMs, FMS, IIFT, JBIMS, SP Jain
• 2 to 3 years of Operations experience in Funded Start-ups
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good command over Hindi Language
