The Manager - Business Finance and Commercial will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting while supporting commercial operations and business decision-making. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining financial models, tracking key metrics, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. The role will involve evaluating investment opportunities, assisting in pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

• Strong financial analysis, planning, and modeling skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and generating actionable insights
• Expertise in developing pricing strategies and evaluating investment opportunities
• Knowledge of compliance standards and financial policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in the e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
