Location: Jaipur Office (With Pan-India Travel)
Experience: 8 to 12 Years in Premium Fashion/Luxury Retail Operations & BD
Core Responsibilities
1. Operations Management & Channel Relations
• SIS Partnership Growth: Serve as the primary custodian for Cosa Nostraa across all SIS platforms.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Build and nurture collaborative relationships with Store Managers, regional retail heads and floor managers to secure prime display locations, resolve operational issues and maximize brand mindshare.
• Compliance: Ensure complete alignment with partner store policies regarding billing, staff discipline, operating hours and inventory audits.
2. Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy
• Replenishment Cycles: Monitor unit level sales daily. Drive automated and manual stock replenishment to ensure high velocity SKUs (like our signature gifting boxes and premium brooches) never go out of stock.
• Shrinkage Control: Conduct strict periodic physical inventory audits across all counters to maintain zero variance stock records.
• Assortment Planning: Analyse regional preferences and seasonal demands to optimize the product mix for different geographies (e.g., festive wedding collections vs. corporate styling items).
3. Visual Merchandising (VM) & Brand Representation
• Guideline Implementation: Deploy central visual merchandising directives uniformly across all pan India locations to maintain Cosa Nostraa's premium identity.
• Counter Hygiene: Ensure immaculate maintenance of display cases, lighting, props and premium packaging materials on the floor.
• Spot Audits: Review counter displays regularly during regional travel to ensure product placement maximizes impulse purchases and high ticket gift set sales.
4. People Management & Customer Service Excellence
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor and track the performance of Beauty/Fashion Consultants and counter staff across regions, as applicable
• Training & Enablement: Conduct routine training sessions focused on luxury product storytelling, the craftsmanship behind our materials and premium grooming etiquettes.
• Customer Service: Ensure counter staff provide premium, non-intrusive customer service that matches the expectations of a luxury buyer.
5. Business Development & Footprint Expansion
• New Counter Scouting: Identify, evaluate and negotiate commercially viable opportunities for new SIS counters and premium MBO tie-ups across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
• ROI Evaluation: Run profitability analyses for proposed retail spaces, calculating projected margins against space rentals or revenue share agreements before launch.

Requirements & Skillsets
• Proven SIS Expertise: 8 to 10 years of solid retail experience, with at least 4–5 years managing multiple counters or MBO channels for a premium apparel, footwear or accessory brand.
• Commercial Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to pitch to corporate retail buyers and close space commercial negotiations successfully.
• Data Literacy: Proficiency in retail math (sell throughs, margins, GMROI, density sales) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Travel Agility: High energy and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50-60% of the time) to inspect counters and build on ground partner relationships.
• Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written articulation, able to balance empathy with candor when managing on floor staff and negotiating with retail store heads.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Graduate degree required. Post-Graduation / MBA in Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or Fashion Business from a reputed institute (like NIFT, Pearl or premier B-Schools) is highly valued.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in premium men's wear, watches, premium luggage, lifestyle concepts or luxury accessories is highly preferred.
Suggested Compensation Structure
The compensation package for this role is designed to reward high performers who drive direct business growth.
• Fixed CTC Component: ₹5,00,000 Per Annum (Negotiable based on current CTC, depth of retail network connections and proven track record).
• Variable Incentive Component: ₹50,000 closely linked to target achievements, regional profitability and successful counter expansions.
• Perks & Allowances: Travel, lodging and daily allowances structured for comfortable business travel, along with standard corporate mobile and laptop configurations as per policy.
