This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Business Development, based in Gurugram. The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans to achieve growth targets, and leading negotiations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs, analyze market trends, and oversee the execution of business development initiatives.

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition
• Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
• Experience in a lead or managerial role within the business development domain
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Knowledge of the security services, infrastructure construction, or property management industries is advantageous
