Designation: Manager - Business Development (Home Loans)

Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales, channel distribution, or DSA management.

Role Description

The Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving home loan business growth and expanding our lending footprint across Dehradun and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, cultivate, and maintain strong strategic relationships with local builders, real estate developers, and property brokers.
Proactively identify new customer segments and generate quality home loan leads.
Conduct client meetings to understand borrower requirements and recommend tailored financing solutions.
Manage end-to-end loan sourcing, documentation coordination, and partner network expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream.
Experience: Strong track record in Home Loan sales, DSA network expansion, or builder relationship management.
Key Skills: Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and deep knowledge of the local Dehradun real estate market.
