Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Business Analytics to lead a team of analysts and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in business analytics, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights that fuel business growth.

This role requires expertise in data analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools for data analysis is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging analytics technologies, and best practices in business analytics to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in business analytics, data strategy, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools, and statistical modeling.
• Proven experience leading a team of analysts and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools for data analysis is a plus.
