Position: Manager – Business Analytics & CRM
Location: MONIN India – Headquarters, Hyderabad, Telangana
About the Role :
As part of MONIN India's digital transformation journey, we are looking for a Marketing Analyst to
work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, and Digital.
This role will be instrumental in data integration, CRM migration (Zoho), performance analytics,
SEO/AEO/GEO, forecasting, and dashboard creation, enabling data-driven decision-making and
improving overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Data Integration & Management
• Lead migration of sales and customer data from Excel to CRM platforms (Zoho).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Generate actionable reports and insights to track sales performance.
2. Sales Analytics & Dashboards
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards (Zoho Analytics / Power BI / Tableau / Excel).
• Analyse distributor, sub-distributor, and customer-level sales performance.
• Track KPIs and identify actionable trends.
3. Forecasting & Strategic Insights
• Apply predictive analytics for sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Deliver insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Automate reporting for pipelines, conversions, and regional performance.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and accessible reporting for stakeholders.
5. Market Research & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing for campaign analysis and consumer insights.
• Integrate research findings into strategic recommendations.
6. MIS & Data Quality
• Develop and manage MIS systems.
• Continuously monitor and improve data quality and governance.
7. Performance Marketing & Digital Analytics
• Build dashboards for performance marketing with evolving KPIs.• Analyse monthly performance across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and E-
commerce platforms recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct website audits using Google Analytics.
• Perform SEO audits (SEMrush), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Oversee analytics tracking, tagging, and website performance.
8. Website Management
• Ensure campaign uploads align with the marketing calendar.
• Manage and refresh the Shopify website on a monthly basis.
9. Strategic & Innovation Projects
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
• Support marketing innovation initiatives.
• Drive college partnerships for bar school programs.
• Support retail activations to enhance product awareness.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer
Science, or a related field.
Experience
• 7–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or MIS (preferably FMCG or digital
transformation).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle,
Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong experience in performance marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business teams.
